Her caring nature, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service make her a valuable addition to our team. We are proud to watch her grow in her career and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will continue to make for the seniors and families she serves.
Before entering Medicare sales, she worked as an enrollment representative for a Medicare Advantage carrier, specializing in C-SNP enrollments. In that role, she consistently achieved an impressive 98–99% monthly verification rate while helping members maintain coverage by confirming the chronic conditions that qualified them for enrollment. Her experience provided a strong Medicare foundation and ultimately inspired her to transition into sales, where she could enjoy greater flexibility while continuing to work directly with clients.
One of the biggest contributors to her success has been her determination to keep moving forward, even when faced with obstacles or rejection. Her advice to other agents is simple but powerful: “Keep trying and don’t give up.” That persistence is helping her grow as she focuses on expanding her field appointments and building a strong book of business.
When it comes to serving Medicare beneficiaries, she believes trust is built through honesty and friendliness. She strives to simplify complex plan options so clients can feel confident in their decisions. One of her most memorable client experiences involved helping a beneficiary who was unable to read. To ensure the client received the most accurate plan recommendation, she personally contacted the client’s pharmacy to gather prescription information needed for the quote. Moments like these reflect her commitment to going above and beyond for the people she serves.
