☐ Scope of Appointment forms printed, saved, and ready for signatures.
☐ Calendar blocked off for full-on sales ninja mode.
☐ CRM set up to track leads like a champ.
☐ Snacks stocked!
Oct. 1–14: Warm-Up Time
☐ Start connecting with past clients (aka your biggest fans).
☐ Set appointments — your calendar is your best friend.
☐ Review 2026 plans like a boss.
☐ Double-check provider and pharmacy networks.
☐ Practice your plan pitch in the mirror.
Oct. 15–Dec. 7: Showtime!
☐ Collect SOAs before each appointment (stay compliant, stay cool).
☐ Present plan options with confidence (and maybe a little flair).
☐ Submit apps promptly — no delays, no drama.
☐ Log every sale, every lead, every high-five moment.
☐ Send a quick thank you or confirmation to your clients.
☐ Hydrate. Stretch. Repeat.
Post-AEP Victory Lap
☐ Follow up: Did they get their ID cards? Are they happy?
☐ Check for app issues or rejections (and fix ‘em fast!).
☐ Celebrate your wins (treat yourself — you earned it).
