MCUSA makes sizable investment to grow health system clients. • Surpassed 500th provider site installation of a co-branded Medicare Helpline.


MCUSA Holding Company created. Initial divisions include MedicareCompareUSA and MCUSA Consulting plus additional business units and joint ventures who share company mission and can add significant value to a hospital’s Medicare strategy and marketplace positioning. • MCUSA Consulting builds an inhouse print shop to turnkey compliant Turning 65 and AEP patient campaigns on behalf of clients. The print shop produces more than 600,000 pieces annually and campaigns achieve response rates up to five-fold above industry average.


Agent Recruiting office opens in Omaha, Nebraska and Agent Ambassador Training Program launched to provide initial and ongoing training for agents supporting the patients of our health system clients. • Provider Agency Support Services LLC (PASS) created to allow hospitals and large physician groups across America to actively participate in the insurance agency business with limited risk.


Moved major contracts to a leading Field Marketing Organization to leverage technology and lead source expertise. • Filed pilot project with Milliman through Humana to simplify patient shopping experience leveraging MyChart encounter data.


Launched eHealth online plan quoting tool on MedicareCompareUSA website. • Began collaboration with Epic/MyChart. • Received approval on CMS compliant platform, MedicareOnDemand, making it easy for seniors to match Medicare needs with plans accepted by their providers. • Formed new partnership with Humana-MarketPoint.
