Technology for AEP

Now is the perfect time to set up the technology you plan to use for the Annual Election Period (AEP). Here are some helpful tips and tricks to save time, increase efficiency, and streamline your processes! I used each of them during the last AEP, and I highly recommend you do the same.

Utilize the PURLs found in your Sunfire profile to simplify your workflow. The BlazeSync PURL allows your clients to enter their drug lists, physician information, and Scope of Appointment. Once a client completes the information, you’ll receive a notification and you can get to work on their quote. This can significantly reduce the time you spend gathering this information.

Our CRM features a built-in phone system that records calls and saves them to each customer’s file. You can also automate a whisper message at the beginning of each call. Consider using this feature to notify your customer that the call is being recorded. Ensuring compliance has never been easier!

I love using the automation features offered by our CRM. With just a few simple steps, I can create processes to confirm and remind my customers about their appointments. Additionally, I can send mass texts and emails to my Book of Business to inform them about what to expect this year. The custom workflow allows me to keep track of each new lead and monitor their requests effectively so I never lose track of them. What a game-changer it has been!

Finally, since our industry relies heavily on referrals and reviews, I recommend creating a Google profile for your Medicare business. Using your CRM to send out your review link at the end of each appointment can significantly enhance your online visibility and boost your Agent-Generated Business.

Setting up each of the options I’ve listed is straightforward and only requires a few simple steps. If you have any tech-related questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’m here to guide you through the setup process and make sure you feel comfortable with the technology you choose. Now is the perfect time to get started!
