Amendment to your MA contract and appointments.
Mutual of Omaha has made the difficult decision to leave the Medicare Advantage market. We will not offer our CareAdvantage Medicare Advantage plans for the 2021 plan year. Our current plans will end on Dec. 31, 2020.
The enclosed Amendment to your contract removes Medicare Advantage. Your Medicare Part D contract remains in effect. You do not need to sign this document or return it. This is being sent to you for your records and information purposes only.
As the Medicare Open Enrollment period approaches, please know that Mutual of Omaha remains committed to the senior health market. We continue to offer excellent Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D, senior vision and senior dental coverages.
We truly value our relationship with you, and we look forward to working with you to assist traditional Medicare customers with supplemental coverages.
