WHAT IS A HELPLINE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR LOCAL HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS?

MedicareCompareUSA pioneered the provider-branded Medicare Insurance Helpline. Healthcare providers need to make sure patients receive accurate information about Medicare plans that protect continuity-of-care. Turning 65 patients need information about their new Medicare benefits and the different types of insurance such as Medicare Advantage, Medigap and PDP plans. Lastly, providers require a resource for assisting patients each AEP and whenever there is a Medicare Advantage contract termination or market withdrawal. The Helpline serves as the Medicare hub, connecting patients with health system resources including Medicare 101 seminars/webinars and scheduled Medicare insurance consultations with local Ambassador Agents (brokers).

WHAT IS THE AGENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

MedicareCompareUSA is looking for agents to join our Family! If you specialize in Medicare and genuinely enjoy helping beneficiaries to understand their Medicare options, we would like to hear from you. MedicareCompareUSA features leading Medicare products, Helpline and online provider referrals, pre-set appointments and the best tools in the market to help you grow your business.

HOW DO HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS PROMOTE THE HELPLINE?

  • Turning 65 campaigns featuring multiple touch letters, emails, and electronic medical record notifications
  • Social Media posts throughout the year, with a concentrated campaign during AEP
