A: I really enjoy all the wonderful conversations I have had when getting to know my clients. Each person is unique in their own way, and it’s been a great experience meeting different individuals and picking up valuable lessons along the way. My clients bring a wealth of information in areas where I may not be as knowledgeable, and building these connections has been a respected journey of mutual growth and learning.

A: Having a solid support system is crucial. A: When I initially began, I used to input all my clients’ information into Medicare.gov to find the best plans for them. The software provided by MCUSA has been a game-changer in this regard. Sunfire Matrix is an excellent tool that streamlines the entire process. It has significantly sped up and simplified my ability to navigate through plans and finalize enrollments—all within one user-friendly platform. A: I’m a nature enthusiast who thrives on traveling to new places, ensuring a good hike is always on the agenda. When I’m home, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, Katie, and our mini golden doodle puppy, Oakley.

One of my absolute favorite hiking experiences was traversing the Wonderland Trail at Mount Rainier, Washington. Whether it’s a serene trail or a challenging climb, engaging myself in the outdoors is my go-to method for finding balance and regrouping amid the hustle and bustle of life.
